HOT: LAWRENCE AND HIS STUDENTS HELP CHENNAI FISHERMEN!

Raghava Lawrence posted a video on his social media handle regarding a few things that he wanted to say to the people. Here is what he had to convey:

“First of all I request people to help the fishermen of Chennai in whatever way they can. Myself and my students have donated a sum of money to support them as they were the ones who provided us protection and also helped transport food and goods through sea. Secondly I thank our Chief Minister and Prime Minister for being so supportive to our demands and helping us out with the Jallikattu issue. We really want to thank them for their speedy help that resolved our needs. Lastly I feel sorry for the last day’s incident and really wish we could have celebrated this victory by students.”

He also thanked the students who triggered off the Marina protest and conveyed his happiness through the video.
