RADIKAA REACTS TO VARALAXMI'S BOLD STATEMENT ON THE CASTING COUCH!

On the personal front, just like many of her on-screen characters, the actress is known for her upright statements and bold behaviour. In a recent interview, the actress was asked about the casting couch being prevalent in the industry, and Varu's reply is winning hearts.

In the interview, the actress replied that it is one's own personal choice to co-operate with them. "If they just say no and walk away, they will get the right opportunities eventually. Despite being an actor's daughter, I too had faced it and I voiced out about it. Now, I have signed the right films" said Varalaxmi. Actress Radikaa lauded Varalaxmi's statement and wrote: "Well said Varu, more strength to you".

On the film front, after the Thalapathy Vijay's Sarkar and Dhanush's Maari 2, Varalaxmi Sarathumar was last seen in Tamil in Neeya 2 that starred Jai, Raai Laxmi and Catherine Tresa in the central roles.
