PRASAD STUDIOS IS READY TO ALLOW ILAYARAJAA IN BUT CONDITIONS APPLY...

Ilayarajaa was using a space given to him by LV Prasad at Prasad Studios in Chennai, a recording studio for over 40 years now. This was a verbal agreement between LV  Prasad and Ilayaraaja. However, the scions of the family don't want the arrangement to continue and the same went to court.

The case came up for hearing in the High Court today. At that time, on behalf of Prasad Studios, it was informed that Ilayarajaa can be allowed into the Studios but with conditions.

They demanded that Ilayaraaja withdraw the civil suit he had filed against them, asking for Rs 50 lakh in damages; the land owned by Prasad Studios should not be claimed; only an assistant, a musician and a lawyer should come along and if these conditions are accepted, Ilayaraja has to file a petition in the court by this evening, agreeing to the same.

It is not yet known whether Ilayaraaja would agree to the above-mentioned conditions. Watch this space for more.
