The demise of Actor Jay Benedict has come as a shock to Hollywood. The celebrated artist passed away due to Coronavirus complications. He died at the age of 68, following a battle with COVID-19, just a week before his 69th birthday.
Jay Benedict is famous for his roles in films like Aliens, The Dark Knight Rises, Foyle's War and the British soap opera Emmerdale. In addition to English, he also worked in French and Spanish, and appeared as Paul Matthiews in the French day-time soap opera Cap des Pins and William Wilbur in Le Grand Charles (a French mini series on Charles De Gaulle), among many other roles.
