Keerthana would be marrying, legendary editor Sreekar Prasad's son, Akshay Akkineni, who is a filmmaker. Akshay has directed the Hindi remake of Karthik Subbaraj's Pizza. The marriage event is expected to be a grand one, with industry stalwarts said to grace the event.
