Recently, rumours were surfacing on internet that Raju Mahalingam was expelled from Rajini Makkal Mandram. However, the Rajini Makkal Mandram released a statement that clarified that the news is completely false and Raju is still a part of the party. 

Raju Mahalingam is the former creative head of Lyca Productions and is also the secretary of Rajini Makkal Mandram.
