MANI RATNAM'S PONNIYIN SELVAN COMPLETES THIS IMPORTANT TASK

The multi-starrer cast feature Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Trisha, Vikram Prabhu, Aishwarya Rai and Jayaram in principal roles, the first leg of shoot took place in Thailand. The latest update is that the makers have completed the first schedule of the film and Vikram Prabhu, Karthi and rest of the team have reached Chennai.

Bankrolled by Madras Talkies, in association with Lyca Productions, Ponniyin Selvan is shot by Ravi Varman while AR Rahman handles the music department. With Sreekar Prasad handling the cuts, Sham Kaushal takes care of the film's action choreography.
