Dhanush is currently working on multiple projects like Vada Chennai, ENPT, and The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir. Dhanush just took to his Twitter space to confirm that he will start shooting for Maari 2 from today. Maari 2 is directed by Balaji Mohan and will have Sai Pallavi playing Dhanush's lady love.

Dhanush's upcoming Maari 2, directed by Balaji Mohan, has music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Now, a magnificent addition has been made to the music department of the film.
Yuvan announced the great news on his Facebook: "Appa has sung a song for #Maari2. Pictures from song Recording earlier Today 😊", and added a few photos of Dhanush, Balaji, himself and the maestro posing together.
Needless to say, this adds on to the expectations surrounding the movie.
