Arguing with her, Bala finally beat himself with a slipper.
Kamal questioned this irresponsible act of Bala, ridiculing him. He also asked Archana as to whether she was on medical leave while Bala was doing such ridiculous things. Archana clarified that it took her time to understand Bala did that as she was speaking with Nisha, and that she had insisted Bala he should'nt have done that.
Even post clearing up issues in front of Kamal Haasan with Sanam insisting that it was just a 'Sorry' she required of him, Bala refused to give in. Finally, Kamal Haasan himself apologized to Sanam, to which the latter declined, though Kamal insisted that it was his house too.
Later Bala himself apologized. Similarly, Archana spoke up at last saying that on behalf of the house, she was apologizing to Sanam that no one spoke up then.
