Kollywood’s power couple Jyothika and Suriya are hitting the headlines almost every day and mostly for the right reasons. This time it is because of their 9-year old lil munchkin, Dev who won the Black Belt at a National level Karate championship Isshinryu held at New Delhi.
The star couple were also present at the competition and cheered all the participants. About 40 contestants from Tamil Nadu participated in the competition.
Meanwhile, Suriya has taken a small break to be with his family amidst his busy shooting schedule for 'Kaappaan' and 'Soorarai Pottru' for the competition. And his upcoming film ‘NGK’ is all set to hit the screens this May 31st co-starring Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead roles. ‘Kaappaan’ is expected to release on August 30.
On the other hand, Jo has teamed up with her brother-in-law, Karthi, for the very first time for a film with Malayalam director Jeethu Joseph. She will be seen playing the sister of Karthi in the film and Sathyaraj will be seen essaying the role of their father in the film.
