WOAH! 'FIVE STAR' JODI PRASANNA AND KANIHA REUNITES AFTER 19 LONG YEARS FOR THIS - FANS SUPER-HAPPY!
Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsFive Star was released in 2002 which was directed by Susi Ganesan and marked both the leads - Prasanna and Kaniha’s debut into Kollywood then. The film was produced by Mani Ratnam and the duo was considered as one of the evergreen on-screen couples.
Now, guess what - 19 years later, the duo will be reuniting for an interesting series. Taking to her photo sharing app, Kaniha penned an emotional note, “Started my career with @susiganeshan sir's Five Star produced by @madrastalkies in 2002.
And then this happened.... 19 years later I get to share screen with my first co-star @prasanna_actor, It felt like life came a full circle. So Happy to work with you Pras.. We are wiser, smarter and definitely look better with growing years. Thank you @ahatamil amil @vigneshvijayk. @directormbalaji for this awesome experience. Enjoyed working on this super fun and whacky series with a brilliant bunch of artists.”
