She was last seen playing a crucial role in the 2018 movie ‘Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu’. Post that, the diva took a small break from acting, only giving special appearances in a couple of movies. She is back with her next movie and this time, it is multilingual.
Shriya Saran will be playing the lead in the movie ‘Gamanam’ which will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi languages, marking a Pan-Indian release. Marking her birthday today, the makers have released the first look poster of the movie and true to her character, she portrays the look of a dejected woman.
‘Gamanam’ is directed by Sujana Rao and has music by Maestro Ilayaraja. Writes Sai Madhav Burra will be penning the dialogues for this movie. It is also revealed that the entire shooting of the movie has been wrapped up and the post-production work is underway.
‘Gamanam’ is bankrolled by Gnana Shekar V.S. in collaboration with Ramesh Karutoori and Venki Pushadapu. The rest of the cast and crew are likely to be revealed soon. Watch this space for more updates.
