OFFICIAL: DHANUSH REVEALS THE TITLE AND DIRECTOR OF HIS NEXT!

Dhanush's Maari 2, which released yesterday (December 21), is currently running in the theatres and the super talented actor has released the first look poster and the title of his next film.
 

During the press meet of Vada Chennai, Dhanush was announced to team up with director Vetri Maaran again for a new film. We had also reported that this film will be based on the novel, 'Vekkai', originally written by Poomani. The title of this film is now officially announced and it will be called, 'Asuran'.

Dhanush tweeted, "As #maari2’s success news is pouring in from everywhere , I’m delighted to announce my next with @VetriMaaran #Asuran .. will be produced by @theVcreations thanu sir."

Asuran is bankrolled by Kalaippuli S Thanu for V Creations. Meanwhile, Dhanush will also be doing films with directors Ramkumar of 'Ratsasan' fame and Mari Selvaraj of 'Pariyerum Perumal' fame.
