Actor Dhanush was last seen in the 2020 movie ‘Pattas’, where he played a dual role. The star is currently gearing up for the release of his next movie ‘Jagame Thanthiram’. Here’s a breaking update on his next.

Dhanush’s 2nd directorial Rudhran to go on floors after Lockdown

Dhanush had initially begun work on his second directorial titled ‘Rudhran’, which stars Nagarjuna Akkineni in the lead. However, the project had remained in a standstill position for a while, due to unknown reasons.

Sources close to us have revealed that Dhanush is likely to resume the shooting of ‘Rudhran’ with Nagarjuna post the lockdown. It is also revealed that the movie, which is bankrolled by Thenandal Films has completed 2 schedules already. An official confirmation on the same from the makers is awaited.

He is also working with director Mari Selvaraj for the movie ‘Karnan’. Post that, he is also set to join hands with young director Karthik Naren for his next movie, which is tentatively titled as ‘D43’. The movie is in the pre-production stage now and is said to go on floors as soon, as the team are working rigorously. Stay tuned for more updates.
