DEEPIKA PADUKONE EXPECTED TO LEAVE GOA SOON TO HONOUR NCB SUMMONS; CONSULTING LAWYERS IN MEANTIME: REPORTS

Times Now reports further saying that the actress is likely to leave Goa soon where she had gone to shoot, to honour the summons. In the meantime, it is also being learnt that she is in consultation with her legal team. She has been summoned for a hearing on Friday.

Deepika's manager Karishma Prakash has also received a summons to appear before the agency; however, she has sought an exemption, citing ill-health. “She has been exempted from appearance before the central agency till Friday,” an NCB source told PTI.

"Summons have been issued to Deepika, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh for questioning. Besides four Bollywood actors, the NCB has also summoned fashion designer Simone Khambatta," a senior NCB official told IANS.
