OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT ON URIYADI 2 - THIS YOUTUBE SENSATION TO ACT!

Earlier this morning, Suriya had released the official motion poster of Uriyadi 2, revealing that his production company, 2D Entertainment would be bankrolling this action drama. An official statement regarding the project has been released now and here are some interesting details regarding the cast and crew of this Vijay Kumar directorial.
 

New face Vismaya from Kerala, will be the female lead for this project, which has YouTube sensation and 'Madras Central', 'Paridhabangal' fame Sudhakar in an important role. Vijay Kumar plays the male lead. The recent '96' sensation, Govind Vasantha takes care of the film's music.

Debutants Praveen Kumar and Linu will lead the camera and editing departments respectively. Stunt choreographer Vicky got critical acclaim for his realistic stunts in the first part, and the same man will choreograph for the sequel too.

Uriyadi 2 is said to convey an important social message through the film, with right proportions of commercial elements infused into it. The shooting is planned to take place at Tenkasi and Courtallam.
