She revealed that her favourite episode is when she played a flashback version of her character ‘Fat Monica’. She also said she felt ‘free’ playing that character. Courtney played the ‘Fat Monica’ character in 3 episodes - ‘The one with all the Thanksgivings’ in Season 5 and ‘The one that could have been’ - Parts 1 and 2 in Season 6.

Apparently, in the series, Monica was formerly obese and lost a lot of weight after Chandler, played by Mathew Perry once calls her ‘Fat’.

‘F.R.I.E.N.D.S’ starred Courtney Cox, Matt le Blanc, Mathew Perry, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow and David Schwimmer as the leads. The series revolved around the everyday lives of these 6 friends - problems at work, relationship issues, and their friendship.
