Director Bakkiyaraj Kannan is starting his journey with the upcoming Sivakarthikeyan starrer Remo. In a recent interaction with the young director, he talked about his days as an AD in director Sundar C’s team. The director pointed out his lesser known cameo in the film Kalakalappu, which was Sundar C’s comedy outing featuring Vemal, Shiva, Oviya, Anjali and Santhanam.

“My first on-screen moment was in Kalakalappu. It is during Santhanam’s intro scene in the film where I will be barging into Vemal and group in a TVS 50.” He told us, reminiscing his old memories. With this piece of information, this Remo man joins the list of directors who played a cameo role in a film where they worked as an AD.
