> Director AR Murugadoss to launch the first look of Ippadai Vellum starring Udhayanidhi Stalin, Manjima Mohan and Daniel Balaji at 6pm today, 24th May. It has been directed by Gaurav Narayanan and music composed by D.Imman.

> Arulnithi’s Brindhavanam, Samuthirakani’s Thondan and Vidharth’s Oru Kidayin Karunai Manu (OKKM) have all cleared the censor certification test with a clean ‘U’ certificate and have acquired tax exemption. Brindhavanam and Thondan will release this week while OKKM’s release is yet to be finalised.

> It is exactly three years since Superstar Rajinikanth’s motion capture animation film Kochadaiiyaan released. It was directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth and had music by AR Rahman.
