Monster is a comedy film written and directed by Nelson Venkatesan of Oru Naal Koothu fame. It has SJ Suryah and Priya Bhavani Shankar in the lead roles while Karunakaran and a rat play crucial supporting roles. The project is bankrolled by SR Prabhu, SR Prakash Babu, R Thangaprabaharan, and P Gopinath under the banner Potential Studios LLP.
On the technical front, the film has music by Justin Prabhakaran, cinematography by Gokul Benoy and editing by VJ Sabu Joseph. Shankar Dass is the co-writer, while Sivashankar is the art director. The film hit the screens on 17th May 2019, and has been performing quite well. It has seen an increase in the show counts at theatres.
The makers have now released the video of the song Anthimaalai Neram, that was sung by Sid Sriram, penned by Karthik Netha of 96 fame, and composed by Justin Prabhakaran. The song is set on the backdrop of an engagement scene between Priya Bhavani Shankar and SJ Suryah's characters.
