Director Suseenthiran had made his directorial debut in 2009 with the much acclaimed film, Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu, that was received well by the audiences and critics alike. The film had featured Vishnu Vishal, Kishore and Saranya Mohan along with numerous actors like Soori and Appu Kutty in crucial roles.
The much-awaited sequel to it, Vennila Kabaddi Kuzhu 2 features Vikranth and Arthana Binu in the lead roles. An ensemble cast including Pasupathy, Kishore, Anupama Kumar, Soori, Appukutty and Ganja Karuppu also play pivotal roles.
Directed by the erstwhile assistant of Suseenthiran - Selva Sekaran, the film’s music is composed by V. Selvaganesh. A song titled Thiruvizha from the film is out and guess what Anirudh has crooned it. The song is penned by Kabilan. Watch the song here -
Produced by A.Poongavanam and N.Ananth Under the Banner Saai Arputham Cinemas. E Krishnaswamy will be handling the cinematography and editing is done by Ajay. However, the release date of the film is planned for a release during the month of June.
