Antony made his debut in 2017 by portraying the lead role of Vincent Pepe in Angamaly Diaries, directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery. The film was a blockbuster hit which rose him to fame and he is now well known by his screen name in the movie, Pepe.

On the personal front, Antony got engaged to Anisha Poulose in a hush-hush ceremony recently adhering to the Covid protocols and the pics of the same did heavy rounds in the social media.
