ACTRESS AMALA AKKINENI RETURNS TO MOLLYWOOD

Amala Akkineni is still loved by Malayalam audience for her roles in Super Hit movies like 'Ente Sooryaputhrikku' and 'Ulladakkam'. After a long interval of 25 years, she has returned to Malayalam cinema through Antony Sony's "c/o Saira Banu".


In her first Malayalam film 'Ente Sooryaputhrikku' she was paired with Superstar Suresh Gopi, and in her last Malayalam outing 'Ulladakkam' she was seen sharing screen space with Malayalam superstar, Mohanlal. Now, in her comeback film, she will be seen alongside Manju Warrier. The film will be woman centric and Amala will play a lawyer while Manju dons the role of a postwoman.


Newly found young talent Shane Nigam will also play a pivotal role in the movie which is expected to release in January.Produced by Eros International & Maqtro Pictures, the film is scripted by RJ Shaan and the dialogues are from Bipin Chandran (co-writer of 1983).
