MASSIVE ANNOUNCEMENT: AJITH KUMAR'S AK62 TO BE DIRECTED BY VIGNESH SHIVAN - FULL DETAILS!

Director Vignesh Shivan will be helming actor Ajith's 62nd film. This was first announced by the production company through a statement.

The statement said, "We proudly announce our next film with Mr. Ajith Kumar "AK 62" to be directed by Mr. Vignesh Shivan, music composed by Mr. Anirudh, produced by Mr. Subaskaran. This project will be headed by Mr. G.K.M. Tamil Kumaran. 

The shooting of the film will commence by the end of this year and release by mid next year. The other cast and crew details will be announced soon.

Ajith Kumar was last seen on screen in Valimai that was released last month (24.02.2022). Actor Ajith Kumar-H Vinoth-Boney Kapoor's third collaboration AK61 project after Valimai was finalized a year ago.
