ACTRESS RIYA REPLACES ALYA MANASA IN RAJA RANI 2

The Raja Rani mega series is being aired on Vijay TV and is running successfully with the support of the audiences. With the successful completion of the first season, the second season which currently airs from Monday to Friday at 9.30pm, has crossed over 900 episodes. Alya Manasa, who plays the popular Sandhya character in the serial, has a huge fan base on social media.

Childhood dream and Saravanan's hope

The serial has been going on for the last few weeks. She has told her husband Saravanan about her life ambition which no one knows yet. There were emotional scenes of her where she dreams of becoming a police officer to prevent crimes in the community. On hearing this, Saravanan encourages Sandhya to become an IAS officer. Fans are making sure of never missing any episodes.

Meanwhile, scenes of Sandhya posing in an 'IPS' outfit were filmed on the shooting set. Alya too posted these photos on her social media. These scenes will appear in the upcoming episodes. 

Sudden change

Now, it is learnt that actress Riya will be featured as Sandhya instead of Alya Manasa in the serial. With Alya being pregnant for the second time, the actress is nearing her due date and it is important for her to stay back at home and take proper rest. Thus, Riya has signed on to feature as the new Sandhya. Vijay TV has now officially released a new promo featuring Riya.
