In Brother's day, he played the role of antagonist. The movie's cast included Prithviraj Sukumaran, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Madonna Sebastian, Prayaga Martin, and Miya George. It marked Prasanna's debut in Mollywood.
Now, Prasanna's upcoming movie is Mafia: Chapter 1. It is an action film directed by Karthick Naren and produced by Allirajah Subaskaran under the banner of Lyca Productions. The film features Arun Vijay, Prasanna and Priya Bhavani Shankar in leading roles.
