Oththa Seruppu is a movie that has only one onscreen character Masilamani played by Parthiban, and the location of the movie is completely set in a single room. The movie is a one of a kind attempt especially in Tamil Cinema.

The music of the movie is composed by Santhosh Narayanan. Oththa Seruppu Size 7 was released on September 20th to generally positive reviews with many of them appreciating Director Parthiban for his immense effort and dedication in presenting such a film.

Recently, Parthiban has tweeted about the movie, mentioning, he feels its a disgusting act to look down on such an effort and movie as this, and feels he should beat his 7th senses with two slippers and he questions himself if he would ever repeat taking such films.
