In Tamil Nadu, 6,618 people were diagnosed with coronavirus infection in a single day yesterday. In Chennai alone, 2,214 people have been affected by the infection. As the second wave is more powerful than the first wave, the number of vulnerabilities is increasing day by day. Various restrictions have been imposed in Tamil Nadu to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

Restrictions have been imposed on buses, theaters, temples and malls. It has been ordered that those coming from abroad should have a compulsory e-pass.

Actor and Bigg Boss winner Aari gave a face mask to the public and created awareness in Coimbatore. He advised those who came on bikes without masks to stop and those who did not have helmets were made to wear face masks. His effort was praised by many.
