Gautham Menon-type love for Udhay and Hansika?

Udhayanidhi Stalin is all gunned up with his upcoming movie Nannbenda which is set to release on the 2^nd of April. Apart from this, Udhay also has two other projects in hand - Gethu and Idhayam Murali.

Udhay is expected to start shooting for Idhayam Murali once he completes his shooting commitments for Gethu. Idhayam Murali will be directed by Ahmed of Endrendrum Punnagai and Vamanan fame. Udhay teams up with Hansika yet again after the successful OK OK and Prabhu will also be seen in an important role in the film.

Madhie wields the camera while Anirudh leads the music department. Apparently Anirudh has already started composing for the songs in this film.

We hear that Idhayam Murali will be an urban love story where the male lead travels all the way from India to the USA in search of the love of his life. The 2nd half would be majorly shot in the US. Does Gautham Menon’s Vaaranam Aayiram ring a bell?
