THE MADRAS ALTERNATIVES FOR SUPERSTAR RAJINI?

Director Ranjith made a huge splash with his earlier outing with Karthi, Madras. This movie led him to bag the most prestigious film with Superstar Rajini to be produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu. This gangster flick would commence its shoots in September in Malaysia, and the likes of Dinesh, Kalai, Radhika Apte, Dhansika and also Prakash Raj are on board.

 

The title of the film was earlier rumored to be Kaali and now options like Kannabiran and Kabali are also doing the rounds. Interestingly, the titles - Kaali and Kabali, were considered for Madras too, before the title was made final and official.

 

So is Ranjith contemplating Madras' alternative title options for Rajini ? We have to wait for the official word. Till then, these guessing games will continue ...
