Soori, who apparently claims himself to be a proud fan of Ajith Kumar, has got his long-term wish to act with his idol, fulfilled. Yes, Soori will supposedly play the comedian role in Ajith’s upcoming film with director Siva, Thala 56.

Santhanam was supposed to play this role initially but due to unknown reasons, he is said to have opted out from the project. And this has opened the giant doors for Soori.

The shoot for Soori’s portions is likely to begin from tomorrow (May 8) and will apparently go on for close to a week, sources add.
