Director Mani Ratnam who is basking in the success of his recent urban love story Oh Kadhal Kanmani, will soon kick-off shoot for his next flick starring Karthi and Dulquer in the lead roles.
The legendary director, during an interactive session in London recently, disclosed that his next film will release for summer 2016.
We still have no clue about the film's genre. With two uber-cool heroes Karthi and Dulquer, are we set for a triangular love story or two different, parallel love tracks or is it a film with a social message or a film that is inspired from real life characters? The aforesaid themes are some of the commonly seen ones in Mani Ratnam films. Or is he going to surprise us with a comedy flick? Guess we should wait till summer 2016 to know.
As reported earlier, AR Rahman will be scoring the music while cinematographer Ravi Varman will be wielding the camera for this film.
