''NANGA PODIYAN DAN'' ADMITS ANIRUDH

The music of the Jai - Surabhi starrer Pugazh directed by Manimaran, would be released on July 3rd, by Sony Music. The young duo Vivek - Mervin has taken care of the music and this is their second outing after Vadacurry.

 

Leading composer Anirudh has sung a number in Pugazh titled Nanga Podiyan Dan. Diwakar of Nenjukulla Nee fame has also sung a small portion of this song, which would be a folksy boys number showcasing some good dance moves from lead actor Jai. This song would also reportedly serve as the intro for Jai in the film.

 

It is said that Anirudh recorded this song within 30 minutes and that he had great fun recording as he was sure that the song would turn out to be a Hit. It must be noted that Vivek - Mervin had worked with Anirudh till Kaththi, VIP and share a great rapport and comfort zone with him. Anirudh had also sung the famous Sunny Leone song in Vada Curry.
