A Herculean transformation for Yennai Arindhaal

Actor Arun Vijay is currently working with director Gautham Vasudev Menon for the film "YENNAI ARINDHAAL" alongside Thala Ajith Kumar. The film is in its final leg of shoot and is set for a Pongal release.

As known widely, Arun Vijay has transformed his physique for his role in this movie. He has been gyming for 6 to 7 hours a day for the past six months and is under a high protein diet. He says he loves working out at late hours in the night even on the days of shoot, with his personal trainer Shivakumar.
