No one could easily forget the ripples Madudevi suicide case made over the past few days. Madudevi, daughter-in-law of the former Vice-Chancellor of Madras University committed suicide and in her suicide note she listed down the names that provoked her appalling decision. And you all know that she cited Nirmala’s name too.

Nirmala has been playing it safe, at least vaguely, in her recent interviews with tabloids that she is innocent and has got no involvement in the incident. She went on saying that it is an effort to defame her.
