A four-sovereign gold chain was snatched from actor Karan’s father Kesavan. The octogenarian, who has also acted in some movies, was alone at his home in Koyambedu when a thief threatened him with a knife and snatched the 4-sovereign chain that he was wearing.
It may be recalled that actress Vichithra’s father was murdered by robbers at his farm house near Kancheepuram just a couple of weeks ago.
