To mark the release of Vandhaan Vendran, Jiiva's fan club headed by P Yuvaraj, VR Kumar, and MNN Muhammad organized a grand event. Thirty sewing machines were distributed to female fans who bought the first three tickets from 10 different theatres all over the city. A special puja was performed at the Murugan temple in Vadapalani.
Fans who were present for the first show at the AVM Rajeshwari Theatre received sweet boxes as a gift. A similar event was organized for the release of Rowthiram during which cows were distributed to the needy.
