Rajinikanth went on a pilgrimage to Tirupati with his family yesterday. The Superstar’s wife Latha Rajinikanth tonsured her head as an offering to lord Balaji while Rajini offered sugar candy that equaled his weight (Thulabaram).
The family was in Tirupati for lord Balaji’s darshan. Sources in the tinsel town say that the family made the offerings and prayers for Rajini’s health.
Rajini suffered a major health issue some months ago and had to undergo treatment in Singapore. With him getting back to normal, Rajini and his family decided on a visit to Tirupati.
