The
All-India Film Workers Conference
is scheduled to begin on October
9th in Chennai. Here are the important
events that are to mark the celebrations:
The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu
M Karunanidhi will be honored
with the Ulaga Kalai Padaipaali
award.
Ajith flies down from France where
he had been camping for Asal shooting,
to participate in this conference.
Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan will
light the Kuthuvilakku to mark
the beginning of the conference.
Trisha will light the kuthuvilakku
at the cultural fest that is to
begin in the evening.
Asin, who had shifted base to
Mumbai will arrive in Chennai
for this conference.
Actors Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna
from Andhra Pradesh; Mammootty
and Mohanlal from Kerala; Rajesh
Khanna from Bollywood will also
take part in the event.
A music fest with MS Viswanathan,
Ilayaraja, Deva, AR Rahman, Srikanth
Deva, SA Rajkumar and a host of
other music directors will be
held. |
