Post his Diwali release, Podaa Podi Simbu is back on the sets of Vaalu, directed by Vijay Chandar.
When Vaalu was announced, the team was eyeing for a Diwali release. But that didn’t happen, due to practical reasons. Now that the schedule has resumed, the film is expected pretty soon, probably in early 2013.
The film has Hansika doing the female lead and Santhanam, VTV Ganesh, Naren, Sri Ranjani and Brahmanandham in supporting roles. Shakthi is helming the camera and NIC Arts is producing the flick.
