Vijay’s mother and director SA Chandrasekar’s wife Shobha Chandrasekar has been appointed as the Artistic Heritage Consultant by the order of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalitha.
Shobha Chandrasekar, a director, producer and playback singer, will control over the 17 music schools in districts like Salem, Madurai, etc. The post has been created to improve the standards of these schools, states a source.
It is worth mentioning here that ‘Veenai’ Gayathri has been appointed as the consultant for the four music colleges in Tamil Nadu.
