Dr Rajasekar was injured on the sets of his upcoming flick Mahankali. The shooting was progressing in Kilpauk area where stunt master Kanal Kannan was choreographing a stunt sequence. During the filming of this stunt sequence, Dr Rajasekar met with an accident and suffered injuries on his face and hands.
He was rushed to the hospital immediately and doctors treating him advised complete rest for at least four weeks. Mahankali is a bilingual being made in Tamil and Telugu. This film is being directed by Jeevitha Rajasekar and produced by Yeluru Sirender Reddy and A Parandhama Reddy under the banner Anjeri Arts.
