Director Thangar Bachchan has a request to make to the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu J Jayalalitha. The filmmaker has said that the CM should intervene and ensure that anyone who is willing to make a movie can do so without hindrance and release it without any problems.

The director said that during the last regime, several experienced and noted producers found it difficult to produce films due to monopolization. He rued that many film studios went vacant for want of work. Thangar Bachchan said that he hoped such issues will be resolved in the near future.
