Kamal's Viswaroopam is nearing completion and according to inside sources, the climactic action sequence is being filmed in Mumbai. Lee Whittaker, regarded among the accomplished stunt directors in Hollywood, is directing the stunt sequences for Viswaroopam. Whittaker is associated with blockbusters such as Michael Bay's Pearl Harbor.

Whittaker's initial apprehensions in working for Viswaroopam wore off after discussions with Kamal and screening of stunt scenes in Kamal movies. The climactic scene of aerial stunts will have Kamal Haasan and Rahul Bose fighting and was thoroughly rehearsed by both the actors under the auspices of Whittaker. About the risky sequence Kamal mentioned that "the fight is dangerously enjoyable."
