Rajini on why he spoke to Jayalalitha first

Rajinikanth has written an open letter to his fans. In the letter, the Superstar has said that he had spoken to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalitha soon after his discharge because she had extended all help and support for his medical treatment at anytime and then to his friend M Karunanidhi, the former CM, who is always affectionate towards him.

Rajini, in his letter, has said that he is penning the letter to his fans soon after the phone calls. He had thanked his fans for praying for his health and said that it is only because of their prayers he was able to recover.

The actor has said that he will reciprocate the love and affection that his fans has for him by starring in Rana and entertain them.
