Kiruthiga Udayanidhi, wife of producer Udayanidhi Stalin, has won the Best Director award for directing the short film Life. According to a press release, a verbal confirmation regarding the award has been made to the director.
Of the 100 films and 500 short films and documentaries competing for various awards at the International Cinema Festival of India, the lady has won the Worldwood International Category (Short Film & Documentary) - Best Director Award for the short film Life, states a press note.
