With doubts being speculated about Kavalan’s pongal release, discussions are on with Aaskar Ravichandran, Madurai Anbuchezhiyan in the chair to arrive at a consensual decision to release the movie on January 15 - the Pongal day.
We also have news from sources that Vijay agreed to pay up the INR 4.5 crores pending to labs that printed the movie. Besides, producer Sakthi Chidambaram in his personal capacity has also borrowed for the movie, the resettlement of which will figure in the talks that are reported to last night long.
