Members of the FEFSI along with their family members will stage a fast on February 5th at the Isa Kalaignargal Sangam complex in Vadapalani. The FEFSI had plans to hold a fast near the MGR Samadhi but were denied permission.
Following this, above-mentioned venue was selected. The members associated with the Unions in FEFSI and their families including children will participate in this fast.
It may be mentioned here that the FEFSI and the Producers are at loggerheads over the pay revision for the technicians. The fast is to resolve this issue at the earliest.
