Recently Tamil cinema woke up one morning to the news that Vishnuvardhan has opted himself out of Billa 2 owing to his commitments for a Telugu movie. As if to substantiate the rumors, a press release is out now giving out more details on the project. Billa 2 will be a joint venture of IN Entertainment and Suresh Balaji – George team of Wide Angle productions.
To be directed by Chakri Toleti, Yuvan will score music for Billa 2 will be made in a whopping budget. The movie is likely to go on floors in the first week of May. The production team is busy finalizing the cast and crew. Billa 2 will most probably be a prequel to the smash hit Billa, according to production sources.
