Director Siddique was very much impressed with her performance and wanted her to play the same role in Tamil version as well with Vijay and Asin. This Perumbavoor beauty, in an interview to a channel, claimed that Nayanthara is a distant relative to her and she also said that the real name of Nayanthara is Diana Kurian. With the strong role as equal as Asin in Kaavalan, Mithra is said to be flooded with the offers from Kollywood,.
